New York City Business Law Firm
We litigate business disputes and serve as trusted outside general counsel for companies across New York and the Nation.
About the Firm
Travis & DeBlase PLLC is a litigation and business law firm based in the Financial District of Manhattan. We represent companies and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal court, and we serve as trusted outside general counsel for companies that need consistent, senior-level legal support without the cost of an in-house team.
Our litigation attorneys handle high-stakes commercial disputes, breach of contract claims, partnership and shareholder conflicts, fraud, and other matters that demand aggressive, well-prepared advocacy. On the advisory side, we counsel businesses on day-to-day legal operations, contract negotiations, corporate governance, and risk management — providing the strategic guidance that keeps problems from reaching a courtroom in the first place.
Our clients rely on us because we are direct, responsive, and prepared to act decisively when it matters. Whether we are drafting an operating agreement or preparing for trial, we bring the same level of focus and urgency to every engagement.
